Every day in Boston, countless people make their way under the dark and dingy Summer Street overpass. Thanks to artists Lisa Greenfield and Daniel J. van Ackere (with a little help from 4,800 blue LED lights), their journey - at least for most of the winter - will be transformed. As people gaze upward they’ll see “Starry Night,’’ an installation that gives the magical impression of looking into a black sky punctuated with glowing stars. The project is part of the Fort Point Arts Community’s Winter Solstice Public Art Series. Daily through Feb. 20. Free. A Street under Summer Street, Boston. www.greenfield-studio.com
